In a barely passable attempt to tide you over until I post the recipe for what I hope will be a smashing success in the world of frittatas, I thought you might like a glimpse of what is to come. What is to come is the full-on arrival of spring.
And the arrival of fresh fruits and veggies for normal prices that are much more affordable than $4 for a quart of strawberries or $2.99 for a pound of grapes. The farmer's market is already hopping on the low-price produce bandwagon, and I am one happy girl.
You should be, too. Happy. Not a girl. Unless you are one. Then you too can be a happy girl.
